In addition to business activities, he is actively engaged in scientific activities: candidate of technical sciences, doctor of business administration, professor, member of the St. Petersburg Union of Scientists. He is a professional speaker and author of articles and works for: TAdviser, CNews, General Director, RBC, Quality Management and many others. The author of numerous training courses in the field of management and information technology.

Specialized in the following areas (for 2023):

• Management of the digital strategy of the organization and IT: compliance of the digital strategy with the needs of the business, implementation of systems of various classes - ERP, CRM, WMS, MES, MDM, etc. - more than 40 successful implementations as of January 2023;
• Working with comprehensive transformation projects: operational mergers and business allocations, scaling IT systems to business units, building IT services/infrastructures from scratch, restarting unsuccessful projects;
• Process development of new business lines (providers, retail and distribution, new production, etc.) and restructuring of existing business processes (optimization projects based on 6 Sigma, BABOK, ADKAR), preparation for certification for compliance with ISO 9000/ 14000/45001/27001 requirements and ensuring sustainable development based on ESG criteria;
• Management of large IT and engineering projects (projects with investments up to 26 million USD, experience in managing international projects - in Finland, South Korea, Germany).
