In 1992 graduated from Military institute of the Ministry of Defence Decorated with the Order of the Red Banner (stopped existence in 1994), qualification: the translator assistant on the English and Persian languages, specialty: foreign language (English, Persian).

2008: RAGS under the President of the Russian Federation

In 2008 graduated from the Russian academy of public service under the President of the Russian Federation (since 2010 - the Russian Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA)), qualification: manager, specialty: public and municipal administration.
