2020: Start of a pilot project with a startup of online real estate transactions

On November 16, 2020 it became known that according to the results of the third set the accelerator from Glorax Infotech begins a pilot project with the digital Realtyteka platform. Will pass test of a business model of a startup in market conditions with the assistance of partner agency of the real estate which is included into Glorax group.

As it was explained, the third set of projects in an accelerator from Glorax Infotech came to the end in the second half of October, 2020, about 50 startups proposing solutions for the real estate, development and infrastructure facilities took part in it. According to the results of preliminary expert evaluation several projects for deeper studying were selected. With creators of the Realtyteka platform the decision to start a pilot project in partnership with the real estate agency entering into Glorax group was made.

The real estate agency already has the customer base on which it will be possible to check demand of a product and to receive a feedback from real users, both from sellers, and from buyers. The urgent redemption — the guaranteed sale of the apartment in 5 days will become the first product of the platform.

After assessment of results of pilot implementation (preliminary term — 3 months) experts of an accelerator will make the decision on investment and further scaling of a startup.

For a year of work of an accelerator we understood that the industry of construction and the real estate rather difficult for implementation of technologies. To us projects daily arrive, we carefully estimate them, but we understand that the most part from them does not approach yet to integrate into the developed business processes.
