Investment of 100 million rubles into service for RealPrice real estate transactions

Start of an accelerator of Quadro

On March 27, 2020 the group Glorax Group within the hi-tech Glorax.Infotech direction announced start of an accelerator of Quadro – programs for development IT-startups and blockchain- technologies in the field of real estate. The volume of the planned investments is 1 billion rubles.

About 75% of investment volume are own means of Glorax Group, another 20% are provided by institutional investors, partners of Group. The remained 5% are means of free investors of the market. At this stage anyone the investor can join the program of acceleration.

The real estate field and development is in great need in total digitalization and emergence of the innovative developments capable to invert a usual order, and we intend to promote it as much as possible. We are ready to provide to perspective startups not only financial aid, but also all our examination, business contacts and platforms for start of products. Collecting of applications for participation in an accelerator will last to the middle of December, 2020. Commands will pass through the correspondence selection tour and further will be able to provide the startups at an internal meeting with experts of an accelerator. Within a year 4 internal selection rounds will be held.
