Biography

Dmitry Lebedev in 1992 received a bachelor's degree in Radio, Television and Electronic Communications from the Moscow College of Automation and Telemechanics.

In 1998 he graduated from the Moscow State Technical University. N.E. Bauman (MSTU), received a diploma in engineering "Information Technologies."

In 2004-2006 he studied as an economist at the Higher School of Economics.

From 2006 to 2009 worked as the head of the information systems support department at FGC UES.

From 2009 to 2019, he served as Deputy Director of the Information Technology Department at Transneft.

In December 2019, he began working as deputy general director at the Russian Energy Agency (REA) of the Ministry of Energy of Russia. This organization oversaw the creation of the state information system of the fuel and energy complex of Russia (GIS TEK).

2021: Chief information officer of United Shipbuilding Corporation

As TAdviser found out, in May 2021, Dmitry Lebedev was appointed Chief information officer of the United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC). In this position, he replaced Yuri Prokhorov, who worked at USC Chief information officer since 2019.

At the time of appointment, organizational structure changes occur in USC. The fact that they are planned to be held by the end of 2021, it became known back in March^[1] end^[2] the^[3]. The new model should ensure the centralization of USC's work on the execution of the state defense order, civil shipbuilding orders and military-technical cooperation, as well as reduce the cost of production.

At the same time, the functions of the information technology department should expand: it will deal with the digital transformation of the corporation's enterprises.

According to TAdviser, Yuri Prokhorov took the position of adviser to the general director at USC, in which he oversees IT and digitalization. But as of May 2021, his duties have not yet been fully fixed. The final consolidation of duties will be made taking into account the government's initiative to appoint managers responsible for digital transformation in state-owned companies.
