Biography

In 1973 he graduated from Moscow the Order of Lenin and the Order of the Red Banner of Labor c. x.. K.A. Timiryazev Academy (since 2005 -), Russian State Agrarian University - Moscow Art Institute named after K. A. Timiryazev in economist accounting in the village.
