Education
Ksenia Razuvaeva graduated from the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation. Later she received a master's degree from the Russian State Social University.
Career
2013-2014
In 2013, she headed the Moscow branch of the All-Russian public organization Union of Volunteers of Russia, collaborated with the Young Guard of United Russia. She also created the Foundation for Supporting Public Initiatives and Volunteering.
Since the beginning of 2014, she has been deputy director of the Moscow Center for Children's, Family Recreation and Recreation State Autonomous Cultural Institution (responsible for organizing summer vouchers for children of privileged categories of citizens).
2018
In 2018, Ksenia Razuvaeva was part of Vladimir Putin's election headquarters in the presidential election and was responsible for organizing the events. Then Mrs. Razuvaeva for several months headed the Department of Youth Policy and Volunteer Projects in the Office of the President for Public Projects.
2021: Appointment as head of Rosmolodezh
On May 17, 2021, Ksenia Razuvaeva was appointed head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh). The corresponding order was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
As the head of the agency for youth affairs, Razuvaev was replaced by Alexander Bugaev, who was appointed to the post of First Deputy Minister of Education.
According to a RBC source, Razuvaeva will have to change her approaches to working with young people. As the interlocutor noted, many young people among the participants in uncoordinated rallies in support of opposition leader Alexei Navalny in Moscow and St. Petersburg showed that work with young people was not properly conducted.
Earlier in 2021, Razuvaeva went to work in the presidential administration of the Russian Federation, where she headed the department of youth projects and volunteer initiatives of the presidential administration for public projects.[1]
