Assignments in the OneRetail structure
The M.Video-Eldorado Group on July 6, 2021 announced the appointments in the structure of the OneRetail block ("Unified Retail"), which unites all the management functions of the M.Video and Eldorado brands. Almost the entire block team, headed by managing director Dagmara Ivanova, was formed based on the results of internal competitions.
Vladislav Sviridenko, who previously headed the marketing department at M.Video, took the position of Director of Marketing and Digital Experience of the client M.Video-Eldorado. In this role, he will be responsible for the formation of positioning of the brands M.Video and Eldorado, their communications strategy and CVP portfolio management, Group customer engagement and retention management to maximize the number of OneRetail buyers, development of the product approach and ensuring the growth of digitalization, as well as coordination of promo, media and performance marketing of each of the brands.
The Marketing Directorate will unite several areas at once, including operational marketing (Andrey Gustaitis), e-com (Oleg Rogozhin), CRM (Mikhail Dadov), development of client products (Andrey Pchelintsev). In the position of the heads of the departments of marketing communications and digital and client analytics, a competition has been opened.
Stanislav Gorshenin as Director for Customer Service and Digital Experience of the Retail Network will continue to improve customer service support at all stages of interaction with brands, develop services and services at home for customers, coordinate ESG programs in retail, and also focus on supporting the role of the store (express delivery, digital contact, etc.), the development of a mobile platform for sellers and support for the emerging formats of interaction between the buyer and hybrid retail based on the principles of OneRetail and the mobile platform. Stanislav has been responsible for customer service and support for more than 10 years, first at M.Video, then at M.Video-Eldorado Group.
Alexander Andreev took the position of Director for Operational Sales Management. Previously, Alexander held the position of director of the division "South" brand "M.Video." Alexander joined the team "M.Video" in 1999 and during this time came a career path in retail from seller to sales director M.Video-Eldorado. His area of responsibility includes system sales management, in the center of which interaction between the client and the seller, building sales standards with a focus on the implementation of OneRetail, introduction of changes in all formats of points of sale, their further digitalization and development of seamless hybrid client paths, scaling of emerging store formats and emerging trading formats.
Ilya Mazurenko, as Director for Retail Sales Development, together with the Director for Operational Sales Management, will form a retail sales development strategy, and will focus on creating unified retail business processes, trading space standards and merchandising, finding retail growth points, developing Data-driven solutions and automating retail processes. Ilya's previous position is Head of Sales Support and Development at M.Video-Eldorado Group.
Vladimir Samokhvalov will develop corporate sales. Among its priorities are the formation of a development strategy in the B2B segment and increasing the efficiency of corporate sales, the creation of convenient products for the purchase of equipment by legal entities, the development of a loyalty program for these buyers and a system of transparent and logical business processes. Vladimir has extensive experience in the field of building a sales and procurement system.
As part of the merger of product teams of brands into a single OneRetail block, Vitaly Safonov was appointed as CTO (chief technology officer) of retail products, previously he served as head of the department for the development of information systems of the M.Video brand. Among his main tasks: creation of the necessary IT landscape within the framework of OneRetail implementation for both M.Video and Eldorado brands, support of effective cooperation of cross-functional product teams and provision of the corresponding resource.
Anna Zotova, who previously headed this area in the Eldorado brand, became the operating director for personnel within the OneRetail block. In this role, Anna is responsible for creating a culture of change that promotes their conscious adaptation, as well as for implementing and supporting the product approach, finding and hiring the experts necessary for retail, the development system and managing the talents of managers and line employees implementing the OneRetail strategy. Anna's important task will be to create a motivating platform, develop and implement a set of measures to improve efficiency and achieve the main goals of the company in the implementation of the strategy of OneRatail and other projects of the Group.

Creation of a management company for M.Video and Eldorado
On May 27, 2021, the M.Video-Eldorado group announced the creation of OneRetail, within which all the management functions of the M.Video and Eldorado brands were merged. This restructuring is underway with a focus on the retailer's digital transformation, it said.
Dagmara Ivanova, who previously held the position of Managing Director of M.Video, has been appointed Managing Director of OneRetail. She will take up new duties on June 1, 2021. In the new position, Ivanova will continue to report to the general director of M.Video-Eldorado, Alexander Izosimov.
M.Video-Eldorado noted that the combination of brand management functions will allow the group to accelerate digital transformation, focus brand efforts on strategic objectives and realize the full potential of OneRetail technologies both at M.Video and Eldorado, as well as improve the quality and dynamics of management decisions. At the same time, the retailer plans further differentiated positioning of each of the brands. Retail stores and online platforms M.Video and Eldorado will continue to operate as usual for customers.
The area of responsibility of the managing director of the OneRetail block will include the further deployment of the product approach and support for digital transformation in parallel for the two brands, the rapid scaling of OneRetail technologies for all stores of the group and the development of the company's competitive advantages.
It is noted that the key focuses will be an increase in GMV (the volume of transactions that have passed through the marketplace for a certain period) and market share while maintaining operational efficiency, including through more accurate coordination of brand strategies, the development of personalized services based on data analytics and building long-term effective relationships with buyers.
