2022: Acceptance of Rostec DMR radio stations for supply

EMERCOM of Russia accepted for supply in all territorial divisions transport and portable DMR radio stations produced by the holding "Roselectronics" of the State Corporation Rostec, which announced this on September 6, 2022. The department will also be able to use a mobile communication center to work in emergency situations and a mobile public information and notification complex developed by the holding's enterprises.

DMR radio stations are mass-produced by the Sozvezdiye concern of the Roselectronics holding. They are designed to provide radio communication in difficult weather conditions and are resistant to external factors - vibration, mechanical damage, high temperatures and moisture ingress. The equipment is fully compatible with the radio equipment already used in the EMERCOM of Russia, which allows you to integrate the devices into the existing set of technical means.

In the course of numerous tests carried out jointly with the EMERCOM of Russia, the equipment of our enterprises demonstrated reliability and uninterrupted operation. The mobile communication center, developed by specialists of the Ryazan Radio Plant "Roselectroniki," makes it possible to organize satellite, wire and radio communication in the field, create a local computing network, carry out video surveillance, as well as provide data transmission, including video conferencing in the departmental digital network.

The mobile information and notification complex allows you to broadcast emergency audiovisual information from places of mass stay of people, as well as in hard-to-reach areas that are not covered by warning means.

As of September 2022, the Russian Emergencies Ministry continues to implement the program of technical re-equipment of the service until 2030. By order of the Government of the Russian Federation, the United Instrument-Making Corporation has been determined as the only supplier of telecommunication solutions for the Russian Emergencies Ministry for the period 2022-2023.

2021: Contract for the supply of digital civilian DMR radio stations for 95.8 million rubles

Concern "Constellation" holding "Roselectronics" State Corporation Rostec signed a contract with the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia for the supply of digital civilian DMR radio stations in the amount of 95.8 million rubles. This was reported on May 31, 2021 in Rostec. The devices are protected from direct listening, have increased noise immunity, are resistant to external factors - vibrations, shocks, extreme temperatures and moisture ingress.

The contract for the supply of DMR radio stations (Digital Mobile Radio) developed by the Sozvezdiye concern was concluded with the Russian Emergencies Ministry based on the results of competitive procedures. The supply will include equipment of two modifications - 365 stationary automobile radio stations and 1190 wearable portable devices.

"This is the first major delivery of new Constellation DMR radio stations designed to organize professional mobile radio communications. In addition, Constellation specialists will provide technical support for products throughout their life cycle. DMR radio stations "Constellation" have the status of telecommunication equipment of Russian origin (TORP) and are included in the Unified Register of Russian Radio Electronic Products.

This makes it possible to effectively integrate the devices into the existing complex of technical means. "

The devices have the possibility of interfacing with all existing domestic and foreign civil systems of professional mobile radio communication of the DMR standard and can be used in railway, sector, Ministry transport agrarian of National Guard of the Russian Federation Emergencies,,,, and MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS ambulance logistic transport companies, as well as in extracting enterprises of industries.
