"Console" is a service launched in 2021 to automate work with freelance specialists. According to the creators of the project, it helps medium and large businesses reduce costs and reduce the risks of working with a large number of self-employed. Among the clients of "Console" on the site are "Kitchen on the area," "Dodo Pizza" and Zoom.

The service solves the tasks of automating the registration, payment of taxes, document circulation and payments when working with any types of freelance performers: self-employed, individual entrepreneurs employed in civil law relations.

For companies wishing to use the Console, the cost of the tariff begins at 600 rubles per performer per month and progressively decreases with an increase in the number of performers. For performers, interaction with companies on the platform is free (by June 2021).

The value of freelance employees for companies has grown many times - only in Russia in 2020 the number of self-employed increased 6 times, to 2 million people. We see great potential and market growth in the next 2-3 years, which will require new projects and automated platforms from the HR market for hiring and working with freelance performers, "said Mikhail Providion.[1]
