Novikombank will receive domestic ATMs from Automatics Concern

2021: "Signal" ATM usage plan

Novikombank, a reference bank of Rostec State Corporation, and Automatics Concern agreed to cooperate in the use of domestic ATMs manufactured at the facilities of the concern's enterprises, which announced this on August 24, 2021. The corresponding agreement was signed by the chairman of the board of Novikombank Elena Georgieva and the general director of the United Instrument-Making Corporation (operating under the brand name Roselectronika) Sergey Sakhnenko.

The agreement provides for cooperation on the use of ATMs of the Signal NPP (part of the Automatics Concern) within the framework of the project "Social and payment card of an employee of Rostec State Corporation," implemented by Novikombank. It is implemented in order to ensure a unified approach to fulfilling social obligations to employees of enterprises belonging to the Corporation. As of August 2021, more than 300 thousand employees of Rostec enterprises use the services of Novikombank as part of this project.

The signed agreement, on the one hand, is designed to help solve social problems at enterprises that are part of the Rostec management circuit. And on the other hand, it will give an additional impetus for the development of the Automatics concern and the implementation of the import substitution policy. Novikombank and the concern's enterprises have been cooperating since 2016. Supporting manufacturers of high-tech products is a key area of ​ ​ our activities. Timely and high-quality financing allows you to turn domestic developments into mass production and achieve high positions in this direction, "commented Elena Georgieva, Chairman of the Board of Novikombank, curator of the Voronezh branch of SoyuzMash of Russia.

Earlier, Novikombank tested an ATM manufactured by the Signal NPP and concluded on the optimal ratio of technical characteristics and cost of the product.

The use of domestic banking solutions is particularly critical in terms of security and technological independence. In addition, localization of production allows reducing the cost of equipment, ensuring regular deliveries of components, as well as developing and implementing solutions to improve the quality of banking services, "said Sergey Sakhnenko, general director of the United Instrument-Making Corporation, curator of the Tomsk and Tambov regional branches of SoyuzMash of Russia.

NPP "Signal" implements a project in the field of digital self-service systems and banking equipment together with SAGA Robotics. Within the framework of cooperation, the parties aim to achieve 20% localization of the production of banking equipment in Russia by 2022 and to further increase to 80% by 2025.

At the end of August 2021, Automatics Concern introduced a Russian ATM with the function of completely recycling banknotes. The ATM provides for a closed cycle of banknote circulation, which reduces collection costs. Cash recycling technology is based on the use of banknotes made by one customer for issuance to another. The cash recycling module has been certified and approved for use by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

The ATM complies with the requirements of regulatory organizations and satisfies customer requests. The device performs contactless operations with, cards reads barcodes and, QR codes prints checks and statements. It is equipped with an escrow unit for high-speed reception of bills in packs. To ensure security, the ATM is equipped for camera fixing customer transactions.
