2023: Central Bank Trial

The ATM developed by the capital corporation with the function of banknote recycling was tested by the Bank of Russia. After comprehensive testing, the ATM was confirmed to comply with all the requirements of guaranteed receipt, issuance, validation and sorting of cash. This was announced on January 24, 2023 by the head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of Moscow, which is part of the Complex of Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations of the capital, Vladislav Ovchinsky.

Experts tested the ATM in many respects, including in terms of authentication, dilapidation, the number of machine-readable security features, reading serial numbers of banknotes and others. In particular, banknotes of both 1997 and 2022 were used, including the new 100 rubles.

A domestic ATM with a recirculation function is safe and fully meets the requirements of the regulator. The product is extremely important in the current conditions of sanctions and the course to replace imports with goods produced within our country. 2021: ATM with full banknote recirculation function

As of August 2021, NPP Signal is implementing a project in the field of digital self-service systems and banking equipment together with SAGA Robotics. On August 24, 2021, the Avtomatika concern presented its first ATM with the function of full banknote recycling. The ATM provides for a closed cycle of banknote circulation, which reduces collection costs. Cash recycling technology is based on the use of banknotes deposited by one customer for dispensing to another. The cash recycling module has been certified and approved for use by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

The ATM meets the requirements of regulatory organizations and meets modern customer requests. The device performs contactless operations with cards, reads barcodes and QR codes, prints checks and statements. It is equipped with an escrow unit for high-speed receipt of bills in packs. To ensure security, the ATM is equipped with a camera for fixing customer transactions.
