S. Holding Corporation was established in 1999, the main area of ​ ​ activity is investing, building housing and commercial real estate.

History

The first objects were residential buildings of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. S.Holding holds patents for the construction and production of S220 and S222 series houses, in addition, the design institute of S.Holding Corporation "Rusproekt" has developed a new system of S300 residential buildings designed for the construction of municipal and commercial housing. Since 2008, S.Holding has built five DSKs, which have erected 3 million square meters. m of residential buildings of the S220, S222 and S300 series in Moscow and 14 regions of Russia.

The corporation develops concepts, deals with territorial planning and functional zoning of territories, develops planning and development projects, participates in the implementation of transport hub projects in Moscow. In 2021, S. Holding brought to the market a new product - the technology of building prefabricated reinforced concrete houses of individual housing construction without "wet processes" of the S360 series.

2024: S.Holding buys 50% of Zaporizhzhya House-Building Plant

On June 11, 2024, information appeared that the Moscow developer S. Holding (Shepel Hoding) was buying a stake in Zaporizhzhya House-Building Plant JSC (ZDSK). The transaction is carried out in order to develop the direction of panel houses, including low-rise ones, in new regions. Read more here.
