The AI assistant preserves every dialogue, every measurement of pressure and pulse, creating a holistic picture of health, on the basis of which the doctor can make certain decisions more quickly. Also, the AI assistant proactively takes care of the observed and warns in advance of potential problems based on an analysis of long-term observations: the system analyzes the dynamics and gives recommendations for maintaining health.

The AI assistant has the following skills:

  1. Comments on blood pressure and heart rate. The user transmits blood pressure and pulse data manually or automatically from a smart tonometer. The AI assistant comments on the indicators: how much they correspond to the target values ​ ​ set by the doctor, what trends are observed, and gives informational advice on lifestyle.
  2. Involves the patient in the monitoring process and the transfer of measurements. Motivates the patient not to miss measurements and forms adherence to a healthy lifestyle, answering questions of interest to the user based on current clinical recommendations and principles of evidence-based medicine.
  3. Navigates. The user can describe the symptoms that bother him, the AI assistant will analyze the information and give recommendations for further actions, for example, to the doctor of which specialty it is worth contacting.
  4. Analyzes the measurement history. The assistant shows trends and dynamics, as well as accompanying lifestyle recommendations.

The AI assistant was developed on the basis of Sberbank's neural network model GigaChat, which passed medical exams in seven areas, including cardiology.
