2024: Inclusion in the registers of Russian industrial and radio-electronic products

Micron on June 11, 2024 announced the inclusion in the Register of Russian Industrial Products (PP RF 719) and the Unified Register of Russian Radio-Electronic Products (PP RF 878) of a line of products using Trench MOSFET technology: transistors 4N20 (No. 10539092), 3N20 (No. 10539091), MIK8205 (No. 10539093).

The Trench MOSFET line is designed for use automobile to electronics in control circuits of anti-lock systems and airbags, in protection schemes, lithium-ion batteries in the construction of highly efficient power, switchboards step-down stabilizers with synchronous rectification and other power circuits.

In the serial production of Micron, 10 power electronics products using Trench MOSFET technology were mastered for June 2024. Development and production are localized in Russia with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
