In 2021, as part of the independent assessment system, it is possible to pass comprehensive testing in the direction of "Digital Literacy" on the digital platform of the University 2035 for free. "Competency assessment becomes particularly relevant during the period of active digitalization of state and business processes. Diagnostic systems are designed for various categories of citizens. An independent assessment of competencies will allow a person to decide on a further professional trajectory or the choice of training programs that will increase the level of knowledge, "said Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko.

You can pass comprehensive testing and determine the vector for the further development of digital competencies in five main areas: digital devices and networks, digital security, communications and cooperation, working with information and digital content, digital personality.

The test was developed by the Association of Electronic Communications together with the University of 2035. Information about the passed diagnostics will be automatically stored in the citizen's personal account on the University 2035 platform. In the future, the results of testing can become the basis for a personal profile of competencies and contribute to the construction of trajectories of professional and personal development.

In 2021, as part of the national system of independent assessment of competencies, online diagnostic services from the Research Institute for Monitoring the Quality of Education, the Council for Professional Qualifications in the Field of Education, Electronic Education of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the University of the Ministry of Construction NIISF RAASN and other services selected as part of the federal project "Personnel for the digital economy."

"An independent assessment of the competencies of the digital economy is a professional diagnostic tool designed for different categories of users. It helps citizens plan personal trajectories of professional development and training, to present confirmed information about their competencies when getting a job. The implementation of an integrated independent assessment system is planned by the federal project by 2024, "said Tatyana Trubnikova, director of the program and project coordination department of the Ministry of Digital Affairs of Russia.
