2022: Implementation of automation of reporting with the support of Diasoft

Novikombank, a reference bank of Rostec State Corporation, with the support of Diasoft, successfully introduced the reporting form "Information on collateral items accepted by credit institutions as collateral for loans." Specialists from Diasoft, one of the Russian developers and suppliers of solutions for the financial sector, were involved in the automation of the execution of the mandatory task. "Diasoft" in advance supported the necessary new reporting form in the program product "Reporting of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation" on the development platform Digital Q.Corporate (formerly Diasoft FA# Beans). For its preparation all necessary functions, including accounting of parameters of pledge, filling of the reference book of compliances of parameters of elements of pledge were automated.

With the introduction of this form, the Bank of Russia plans to receive, systematize and store all information about each object of property or property rights of borrowers pledged by banks. The complexity of the form is largely due to the fact that banks need to competently build a process for collecting and storing additional information on collateral.

During the joint work of the specialists of Novikombank and Diasoft, it was necessary to find out how and in what form to collect data in order to structure them correctly. The professionalism of the teams and the capabilities of the updated software solution "Reporting of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation" made it possible to solve these problems.

Before the launch of the project in Novikombank, the form was tested in pilot mode and is used for reporting in several banks. As a result of the project with Diasoft, Novikombank was able to quickly form a reporting form and with minimal labor costs, " commented on Artyom Enderov, head of business application services at Diasoft.
