The British company is WealthKernel developing a platform offering embedded digital services for the quick launch of investment applications. Through API integration with WealthKernel, companies can register users, provide brokerage services, and engage in securities trading. By January 2022, companies such as Claro Money, Wahed, Wealth8, which "were able to enter the underserved segments of the wealth management market: from Muslim and ethical investments to ESG," are cooperating with the startup, according to its website.

History

2022: Raising $7 million, including from Digital Horizon

In mid-January 2022, it became known about the investment of $7 million in WealthKernel. As part of the Series A + financing round, the Digital Horizon Fund took part (one of its founders is Oleg Vaksman, former deputy chairman of the Gazprom board.

The venture fund of the trading company XTX Markets invested the most in this transaction in the startup. Big Start Ventures and ETFS Capital funds also participated in it. The shares of investors, as well as the estimated value of WealthKernel according to the results of financing are not called.

Team WealthKernel

The WealthKernel team intends to spend the funds raised on entering European markets, launching intraday trade and further developing API infrastructure.
