Learnerbly is a British employee training platform that helps companies grow by attracting and retaining talent through professional development programs. By December 2021, educational resources from more than 250 organizations were collected at the site, including Blinklist, Masterclass, Pluralsight and CIPD. All of them are selected and recommended by leading experts from Google, Airbnb and other major companies, Learn says.

The expert list can include courses of various educational platforms, books, articles, podcasts, videos, participation in conferences, coaching. Also, heads of employer companies can create their own playlists. Access to 40% of the content is free, in other cases, employees use the funds allocated by the employer. At the same time, the company sees which courses a person chooses, whether they pass to the end and with what result.

The cost of working with the service begins at 7 euros per month per user. Depending on the number of employees that will be involved in the training, the platform can set individual prices.

As of December 2021, more than 100 companies from more than 50 countries use Learnerby. Among the platform customers are WeTransfer, Curve, goCardless and Busuu.
