2018
The ex-manager of Ministry of Defence operator of Voentelecom Sergey Pobezhimov is sentenced to additional year of imprisonment and a penalty for theft more than 137 million rubles at the state. Such solution, according to Interfax with reference to the Main Military Procuracy, Meshchansky district court of Moscow took out[1].
Pobezhimov was found guilty of plunder in 2011-2012 together with other persons of the funds allocated by the Russian Defense Ministry for accomplishment of three government contracts on repair and service maintenance of the military and special equipment.
Pobezhimov already had a five-year term according to the results of another matter (about it below) therefore now its official sentence sounds as six years of imprisonment in corrective colony of ordinary regime with a penalty in the amount of 1.2 million rubles.
2015
Was connected as the defendant to criminal case about fraud together with the ex-CEO of Voentelecom Nikolay Tamodin. In 2015 it is sentenced to 5 years of imprisonment and a penalty of 1.1 million rubles.
