2022: Obtaining the state registration certificate of the system
On January 31, 2022, the company Automatic equipment"" reported that Software "Electrical appliance"" Automatics Concern State Corporation "" Rostec received a certificate state of registration digitalizations productions of the Plato system. The system developed at the enterprise is a technological information environment of interaction of people, machines and devices for efficient solution of problems at industries a particular enterprise.
Electrical Appliance is one of the Russian enterprises operating in the high-tech market in the field of manufacturing and supply of special-purpose telecommunications and communications. For more than 10 years, the Electric Device team has been involved in the process of digital transformation of production. The plant produces electronic printed circuit boards both in the interests of the Russian Ministry of Defense and for civilian needs. The diversification of the production of defense industry of the country, which was announced by the President of Russia, allowed the leadership of Elektropribor to create and implement the Plato system.
"The peculiarity of digital solutions is that the Electric Appliance implemented the functionality of different classes of information systems: PDM, ERP, MES, MDC and others. In the Plato system, data is removed from machine racks in automatic mode with an adjustable interval, and is also taken from a LOG file that creates each NC machine. Fast updating of information allows to calculate efficiency of equipment loading, to regulate uninterrupted working flow. With the introduction of Plato, the productivity of the technologist at the plant tripled - from 176 to 704 new technological processes per year, and the production of printed circuit boards doubled. These data indicate that digital transformation leads to higher enterprise profits, " said the general director of the plant Alexei Troshin. |
The creation of the Plato system began in 2008 under the leadership of Yevgeny Simakin, Deputy General Director for Economics of Elektropribor Software, and Irina Balakhonova, Adviser to the General Director of Elektropribor Software for the digitalization and development of production systems. The system provides: cyber physical compatibility (the ability of machines, devices and people to interact with each other through the concept of "Internet of things"); the presence of digital doubles of products, parts or assembly units, machines, tools in a single cyberphysical system; support for decision-making using expert systems and delegation of a number of management decisions to the Plato system.
"The future lies in delegating part of the decisions in production to artificial intelligence. Without this, it is impossible to achieve competitive advantages, timely fulfillment of obligations and transparency of the management system. It was possible to implement the automated system, because it was already wrong for this, and a team of highly qualified specialists worked at the enterprise. We can confidently say that the pilot project met all the expectations. We are ready to share our experience with colleagues and scale it, " said Andrei Motorko, General Director of Automatics Concern. |
Interest in the Plato system is growing and it is shown not only by Concern enterprises, but also by production from other regions of Russia. The main thing that the Electric Appliance team can share at the end of January 2022 is the experience of phased digitalization of production.
The production results of Electropribor were noted by Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko. During his visit to Penza in August 2020, he not only visited the enterprise, but also invited Elektropribor to become a pilot platform for testing the digital maturity assessment methodology for the entire electronic industry of Russia. Dmitry Chernyshenko wished the factory workers "to break through the ceiling of digital maturity."
At the same time, the digital transformation of production does not mean replacing people with robots. There is automation of routine work, which can take more than 80% of the working time for personnel, and liquidation of activities that do not bring additional value. People have time to perform creative tasks related to the development and introduction of new products into production and solving managerial tasks.
