Destiny is a space startup founded by former Technosila owner Mikhail Kokorich in Switzerland. The company with offices and facilities in Germany, Spain and France employs former employees of Boeing, Airbus, etc. (as of February 2022). The startup is developing a hypersonic aircraft - a hybrid of an aircraft and a rocket that can deliver people and cargo from one point on Earth to another in a couple of hours at hypersonic speed.
History
2025: $223 million Daedalean purchase
In early August 2025, it became known that the manufacturer, drones Destinus founded by the former owner of the Russian network, "Technosila" Mikhail Kokorich was buying the Swiss company Daedalean, which develops aircraft autopilot systems. The transaction amount is $223 million. More here
2022: Raising $29 million
On February 8, 2022, it became known about the investment of $29 million in Destiny. Conny & Co, Quiet Capital, One Way Ventures, Liquid2 Ventures, Cathexis Ventures, ACE & Company have invested in the space company of the ex-owner of Technosila.
What shares investors received in the project and what is its estimated value after the funding round is not reported. The Destiny team intends to spend the funds received on the development of hydrogen jet and rocket engines. The company does not disclose the assessment.
The company notes that the company needs another 5-7 years to create a new aircraft, but Destiny intends to test the first prototypes in 2022.

Destinus is Mikhail Kokorich's first project after he was forced to abandon his main space space startup Momentus tugboat business to accurately and cheaply bring payloads to orbits. In 2021, Momentum went public Nasdaq through, SPAC but before that, former employees of the American special services appeared in the company's management, and Kokorich himself was recognized as a threat to national security.
