2022: Remote monitoring of patient health
On March 10, 2022, the CST company reported that in 23 medical organizations of the Leningrad Region, using robotic ringing, patients are remotely monitored using the SberHealth platform. The solution allows you to monitor changes in health indicators and maintain home support for more than 40,000 patients. The voice robot for the platform was developed by the CST group of companies (part of the Sber ecosystem).
The use of remote monitoring of patients in the Leningrad region began in August 2021. In 5 months, 15,733 patients were connected to the platform, 354,346 calls were made and 1,354 consultations were held.
"The Leningrad region began to introduce remote monitoring of patients with arterial hypertension, and subsequently coronavirus in all first-level medical organizations. We plan to maintain this effective service and, together with SberHealth, in the future, continue to monitor patients with heart disease, diabetes mellitus, etc., " says Sergey Vylegzhanin, head of the health committee of the Leningrad region. |
At the end of the pilot project, the solution was scaled up and implemented in 23 medical organizations. Now more than 40,000 patients with a confirmed diagnosis, COVID-19 SARS and can use remote monitoring. flu The high quality of the technologies of the CST group - and, synthesis speech recognition which are used in, voice robot help to ensure a lively and natural dialogue. This increases patient satisfaction and loyalty from interacting with the service.
"At the beginning of March 2022, the burden on doctors and medical organizations remains quite serious, which does not always allow for quick care or more time for patients. The integrated implementation of remote monitoring in the medical organizations of the region allows to unload the primary health care system. Due to the ability to monitor health indicators and consult with doctors remotely, people are less likely to become infected than when visiting clinics. This is especially important for patients with chronic non-communicable diseases who are at risk but need regular communication with a doctor. Also, when using remote monitoring in case of deviations from the norm, the patient does not need to wait for a visit to the doctor, and the specialist himself contacts him, which allows him to provide timely assistance, "- notes Dmitry Domarev, Director for the Development of the SberHealth Online Medical Service. |
The service is implemented as follows: the voice robot calls patients, conducts a survey about the state of health and analyzes the answers. Depending on the disease, the robot is interested in the general well-being of a person, the presence of temperature, shortness of breath. The collected data are transferred to the application "SberHealth" and displayed in the "Health Diary," which both the patient and the doctor have access to, which allows you to track the dynamics. In the event of deviations from the norm or with critical data, the patient automatically enters the consultation with the doctor by phone or in the application "SberHealth."
"We receive positive feedback about the service from both patients and doctors. Many admit that thanks to monitoring they feel calmer and more confident. More than 163 thousand calls and 3,500 consultations were made in a month alone, "- says Oleg Tikhomirov, manager of the head office of Sberbank in the Leningrad Region. |
