By April 2022, already 1.5 million schoolchildren and students, as well as 220 thousand teachers, registered on the online educational platform "Digital Educational Content" and received free access to educational courses. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister of the RFDmitry Chernyshenko.

The online service was launched in September 2021 as part of the federal project "Personnel for the digital economy" of the national program "Digital Economy." He combined educational courses and materials of Russian educational platforms. Thanks to him, schoolchildren, students and teachers can get additional knowledge of programming, financial literacy, foreign languages ​ ​ and other specialized subjects free of charge and remotely.

The Deputy Prime Minister stressed that the development of the platform will allow remote access to high-quality Russian educational content.
