The state registration of this IT solution allows not only to protect the exclusive rights of developers, but also to ensure simple scaling and implementation of the system at the regional level.
"Patient's multi-passport" is included in the Register of computer programs with assignment of the registration number (certificate) to the 2023610741.
2022: Announcement of the development of the "Prevention" subsystem
On June 2, 2022, TechLAB announced the development of an information system designed to optimize the effectiveness of preventive measures at the level of any region of Russia. With the help of the Prevention subsystem, doctors and health organizers can now track data on the provision of preventive care, immunization of the population, clinical monitoring of patients and make decisions based on this information. In addition, some components of the subsystem are focused on the citizens themselves: with their help, you can get the necessary information about the risk factors for health and the basics of a healthy lifestyle, as well as enroll in the nearest preventive care center.
According to the company, in the domestic health care system, prevention is becoming increasingly important, and the measures taken to prevent risk factors and early detection of diseases are aimed at increasing the average life expectancy and improving the health of Russians. It has been proven that lowering blood pressure, stopping smoking, lowering cholesterol levels can significantly reduce the total mortality rate and add another 4-5 years to life expectancy in people aged 40-50 years. In addition, preventive measures also reduce the costs of the federal, regional, municipal budget: the financial costs of preventing diseases and their early detection are much less than for the treatment of their complications in later stages.
To achieve these and other goals, including the national project "Health" and the subprogram "Improving the provision of medical care, including the prevention of diseases and the formation of a healthy lifestyle." Their implementation is associated with the development of supporting processes, in particular the creation of IT systems. At the federal level, a similar system has already been created - VIMIS "Prevention," but for its successful functioning, regional centralized subsystems must also be created and implemented that would integrate with the federal system.
Its development in this direction - the centralized subsystem "Prevention" - was presented by the St. Petersburg IT company "TechLAB," a developer of digital health services . The subsystem is implemented within the framework of the Patient's Multi-Passport platform and allows monitoring and accounting of preventive measures and timing of immunization of the population in the region. She is also able to advise the doctor on the procedure for conducting medical observation and the amount of necessary medical services for a particular patient who came for medical examination or preventive examination, taking into account his gender, age and history of life.
We have developed the Prevention subsystem, which allows you to track all processes within the framework of in-depth medical examination and preventive medical examinations. In addition, with its help, you can track the achievement of optimal health indicators, identify risk factors and plan dispensary surveillance. told Alexander Shapovalov, director of the IT company "TechLAB" |
According to him, the information aggregated in the subsystem not only helps doctors in the medical organizations themselves, but also allows to reduce the number of field events for regional centers of preventive medical care due to the fact that the assessment of the medical care provided can now be carried out remotely.
In addition, the Prevention subsystem can also process data on citizens attached to government agencies: this is an important function by which you can inform the population about available prevention programs in the region. And the information from their electronic medical records (EMR) coming into the subsystem will rule out repeated studies if they have already been conducted previously in accordance with the procedure for conducting preventive medical examinations and if their results were displayed in the EMR.
The Prevention subsystem also provides the doctor with a schedule of clinical observation of patients - a "calendar" of appearances. Very often, in medical organizations, work with the patient ends with the closure of the case of the patient's appeal, and control of his further visits is not carried out in any way - and the Prevention subsystem makes it possible for doctors and healthcare organizers to track the dynamics of patient visits at the dispensary observation and assess the effectiveness of preventive measures for a long time. For example, when detecting non-communicable diseases or risk factors for their development, the Prevention subsystem will allow you to segment patients by health group and recommend them further necessary measures: preventive, therapeutic, rehabilitation and health.
The introduction of the Prevention subsystem in the region will make it possible to more effectively implement a set of prevention measures, namely, to record and analyze how the procedure for providing preventive care is being implemented, increase the number of people undergoing medical examination and preventive examination and increase the percentage of diseases detected at an early stage. supplemented by Alexander Shapovalov |
Finally, another component of the Prevention subsystem, a special information portal for preventive care, is responsible for informing the population about risk factors or the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. This portal will contain useful information about where and what preventive measures can be visited, what their benefits are, and will also provide answers to the main questions of future patients about the prevention of a variety of diseases. The creation of the portal should optimize the level of awareness among the population and make it easier for citizens to sign up for preventive examinations.
