2024: The budget of the Lipetsk region laid 3.8 billion rubles for digitalization for 3 years

During 2024-2026, approximately 3.81 billion rubles are planned to be allocated for digitalization of the Lipetsk region. This is stated in the resolution of the regional Council of Deputies, adopted at the end of April 2024.

It is noted that in the Lipetsk region 100% of services can be obtained electronically. As of the beginning of 2024, three quarters of the region's residents apply for their provision through the State Public services portal. This significantly speeds up the process and increases the level of satisfaction of the population with the work of the authorities. The most popular are services in the fields of education and social protection.

In accordance with the adopted resolution, the budget of the Digital Development Department of the Lipetsk Region for 2024 is provided for in the amount of 1.55 billion rubles. Another 1.13 billion rubles will be allocated in 2025 and 2026. The money will go to the development of communications and information technology. Planned projects include:

• Creation and development of the digital subsystem "Integrated System for Ensuring Life Safety of the Lipetsk Region";
• Provision of regional services in electronic form through departmental information system with application of digital regulations;
• A set of process measures "Creating conditions for the implementation of activities aimed at training qualified personnel in the field of information, digital technologies and programming";
• Subsidies of the autonomous non-profit organization "Digital Region. Lipetsk "for financial support of activities related to the training of qualified personnel.

Digitalization allows you to significantly optimize, speed up and, as a result, facilitate many processes. It is important that automation can minimize errors. But the main thing is that people's satisfaction is growing. In the Lipetsk region, thanks to the introduction of electronic methods of processing data and requests, it is possible to successfully solve many social problems, - said the Governor of the Lipetsk Region Igor Artamonov.[1]
