Logico strives to develop in accordance with the needs of customers, so the main goal of the TMS implementation project was to improve the level of service and delivery quality. In addition, the company needed a tool for strategic and tactical management of resources and their optimal distribution in operational planning. Also, the system was supposed to provide the opportunity to obtain up-to-date data for statistics and analytics and, in general, increase the efficiency of using its own fleet.

Prior to the implementation of TMS, the requisition process was carried out using the usual list of documents in the CIS, in which it was impossible to collect all the necessary characteristics for productive planning. For example, real customer schedules, weight and size parameters of vehicles and other important data were not taken into account. The planning itself was carried out exclusively manually, and the fact of performing tasks on the flight was not controlled. As a result of the implementation of AXELOT TMS X4, the delivery department began to have its own tool for managing the full lifecycle of the delivery request. The TMS was integrated with three systems, allowing users to monitor the current status of documents on the external systems side by the readiness states of the accompanying documents and the picking in the warehouse. The integration was carried out using DATAREON ESB, the CIS, AXELOT WMS X5 and AXELOT TMS X4 entered the single loop of the enterprise. Thanks to AXELOT TMS X4, manual planning is supplemented with clear scenarios taking into account the real schedules of recipients, an automatic planning option has also appeared, it allows you to speed up the receipt of preliminary flights. The process of drivers passing points along the route is monitored in real time using mobile clients. The system allows you to find out the exact location of each car and provides data on the quality of driving, whether it is sharp acceleration, braking or turning.

A subsystem of indicators is implemented to assess the reliability of delivery processes. On a periodic basis, the system compares the actual results of transportation with the values ​ ​ obtained during rationing - deviations are examined by the expert commission. In addition, functionality is implemented that allows distribution of direct and indirect costs to packages of the item according to the required distribution rules, for example, by weight, by volume, by specific loading volume, etc. After the integration transfer of the distribution results on the side of the corporate accounting system, the cost of delivery of one package of the item and the margin of these operations are calculated. The company has the opportunity to make management decisions in real time. Accounting for the operational activities of the fleet was previously carried out in disparate documents and tables that do not have any synchronization and connection with each other. The data were entered once a month, which did not allow achieving the necessary accuracy for timely decision-making.

AXELOT TMS X4 makes it possible to record fuel consumption, mileage CU and production of units using track sheets. Detailed analytics helps maintenance personnel respond in a timely manner to deviations in fuel consumption, mismatch of actual and planned routes, real operational load on various vehicle nodes. The introduction of AXELOT TMS X4 made the delivery process completely transparent, which had a positive effect on its quality, and accurate and complete accounting of expenses allows you to assess the profitability of the implementation of each individual item.
