Directum and Kept Joint Tax Monitoring Solution

and Directum Kept will help large businesses prepare for the transition to another form of tax control. The joint solution IT of the product vendor and the audit company organizes quick, transparent safe and disclosure for FTS accounting data organizations. This was announced by Directum on October 4, 2022.

The Kept showcase and Directum's Archive for Tax Monitoring provide remote interaction between business and the Federal Tax Service as part of tax monitoring. Thanks to the integration of solutions, the regulator gains access to accounting and tax reporting, while the confidentiality of corporate data of the legal entity is not violated.

The Archive for Tax Monitoring solution organizes the storage of electronic documents and scanned copies of paper originals with a guarantee of legal significance. The data in the archive is associated with postings in the accounting system, which facilitates the search and unloading of the primary for regulatory authorities.

The joint solution of Directum and Kept discloses information at the proper level. A tax officer can quickly "fail" through the showcase to primary documents that are located in the Directum financial archive. Here companies store electronic documents that are exchanged through EDO operators, and scanned copies of paper copies. The Kept showcase has a re-request system, thanks to which the inspector can request the missing documents. In this case, the accountant promptly finds the data in the electronic archive and puts it in response to the request,
noted Alisa Muratova, Head of Directum Business Development Projects.

About 70% of tax monitoring participants open access to their documents through the data store. This method is convenient and effective because it provides complete automation of data disclosure to primary accounting documents. With a showcase from Kept, taxpayers will be able to easily connect to the Tax-3 AIS, which is a mandatory requirement for remote interaction,
said Denis Shabernev, senior project manager at Kept.

VK Tax Compliance Data Mart Support

Directum and VK Digital Technologies will help businesses switch to tax monitoring. Directum announced this on August 4, 2022.

Directum's "Archive for Tax Monitoring" supports work with the VK Tax Compliance data window, which in turn is integrated with the state information system AIS "Tax-3," for remote interaction with the Federal Tax Service.

The decision preserves the confidentiality of the taxpayer's data - it discloses only relevant documents for the Federal Tax Service and limits access to classified information. The "archive for tax monitoring" can be used both in conjunction with data marts and in the framework of direct interaction with tax.

During the audit, the inspector looks at the primary taxpayer in the interface of his system, while he gets access only to the data that the company itself is ready to disclose. Integration mechanisms help it "fail" to primary documents located in the Directum archive. In case of additional request, the accountant will find the missing data in the electronic archive - for this there is a convenient search by filters, and will upload them to the showcase. The inspector will see the documents already in his automated system. Directum and VK managed to take into account all the nuances of connecting to tax monitoring in the solution in order to make the transition process for business as painless and safe as possible, "said Alisa Muratova, head of Directum business development projects.

To switch to work on the updated form of tax control, companies need to fulfill a number of requirements. By 2024, integration with the FTS information system will become mandatory in order to standardize access to taxpayer data.

File:Aquote1.png
Firstly, all participants in tax monitoring, regardless of the chosen option for interaction with the Federal Tax Service of Russia, need to integrate with the Tax-3 AIS. Secondly, integration with providing access to the data mart is easier to set up, since it already stores all the necessary information and documents in a structured form. Thirdly, those companies participating in tax monitoring that have already implemented the solution will have to revise the architecture of the technical approach to integration with Tax-3 AIS and carry out the necessary improvements, - said Andrey Chernenko, director of the platform services B2G VK Digital Technologies.

  • is automatically filled with new data: documents received or sent to the counterparty through exchange services are immediately sent to the archive;
  • processes the primary without human involvement: the solution includes Directum Ario intelligent services, which conduct the initial processing of scans of paper documents and electronic originals, enter them into the system and fill out cards;
