Netrika Medicine creates updated versions of medical registers based on the MDM system "N3. NSI Management Board." Netrika Medicine announced this on July 19, 2022.

Work is being carried out in accordance with the federal project to create a single digital circuit in healthcare. In the process, updated versions of regional registers will be created that meet the latest current requirements of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

Regional registers of medical workers and medical organizations from Netrika Medicine are identical in structure to federal systems, and they contain a fragment of data from each individual region. They are used as a reference data warehouse and allow information to be shared between medical, laboratory and other application systems as well as their users. Moreover, both at the "horizontal" level of integration within the region and at the "vertical" level - when integrating with federal Uniform State Health Information System systems. Register data are used in the search, verification and identification of medical organizations and employees, as well as in the formation of analytical reports of different structures and complexity.

Information from regional segments is used by such typical solutions of Netrika Medicine as N3.Portal of the Patient, N3.Portal of the Doctor, N3.Reaster Platform, N3.Telemedicine, N3.Analitika, N3.The Notes for Doctor's Appointments, N3.EuManagement Board Queues, N3.Integrated and Other.

On the portal of operational interaction of Uniform State Health Information System participants, draft descriptions of the integration profiles of the new systems of FRMO 2.0 and FRMP 2.0 were published. It follows from these documents that the updated versions of federal systems are based on a resource-oriented protocol and architecture. The functionality of the system is optimized from the point of view of the service customers, and the data structure is expanded with additional blocks of information from different subject areas of healthcare.

As of July 2022, the development of an updated version of "N3. NSI Management Board" is at the design stage of the solution. Updated versions of federal systems are being tested with fundamentally different software processes and architectures that allow increasing larger-scale functionality and technological capabilities. One of the key tasks of the project at this stage is to ensure the uninterrupted operation of existing versions and their correct integration with the complete and up-to-date data that have appeared for transmission at the regional and federal levels.

From the very beginning of the project, we have actively joined the work together with colleagues developing and implementing updated versions of federal systems. We plan to complete it in industrial circuits by the end of the year. The launch will take place in stages, primarily in those regions of Russia where our solutions are already used. We promptly respond to inevitable changes in federal Uniform State Health Information System systems. After all, newly created systems at the first stage of the life cycle are developing especially dynamically.
