2023: Creating a tool to collect operational reporting data
On February 7, 2023, Netrika Medicine announced that it had developed a tool for collecting operational reporting data within the framework of the N3.Telemedicine service. It allows users to upload information from the telemedicine document management system without involving programmers and analyst specialists.
The aggregator collects data from records of applications passing through the N3.Telemedicine service within the framework of launched regional routes. In addition to telemedicine consultations, the same principle of aggregation is applied when coordinating referrals, active calls for a doctor at home, in queue management, etc. Reports are generated in the form of line-by-line logs and statistical slices according to the specified parameters.
The tool was developed as part of the development of the Patient Flow Management module, which is the core of the N3 service. It allows you to customize the set of necessary data, and any new parameters in the document management system immediately begin to be supported when collecting reports.
Data aggregation, report configuration, information display and presentation format, and role access to records occur without the participation of programmers.
The tool provides the ability to filter data on any of the specified parameters using the user interface. There is also an aggregator programming interface that works through the RESTful API. Through it, integrating information systems can receive all the necessary information on prepared reports. In addition, the aggregator provides the ability to upload records in xlsx format and is able to automatically enrich reports with information from regulatory reference information (NSI) systems.
The aggregator is used in almost all regions where the N3.Telemedicine service is already operating. As of February 2023, an aggregator is being introduced in the Stavropol and Khabarovsk Territories. The Leningrad Region and Kuzbass are leading in the number of applications for telemedicine consultations.
This functionality is actively used in the Leningrad region. Over the past six months alone, more than 10,000 applications have been carried out to agree on directions for providing assistance to patients both in medical organizations in our region and in other regions. The service provides access to reports in the context of organizations, doctors and patients. Thanks to this tool, we can quickly upload reports of interest to us using pre-configured templates, which, if necessary, can be expanded. In the near future, we plan to expand the range of telemedicine consultations carried out in the region through the service "N3.Telemedicine," said Viktor Anisimov, Deputy Chief Physician for the Implementation of National Projects, Chief Freelance Specialist on Information Systems in Healthcare of the Leningrad Region. |
2019: Announcement of the service for interaction of participants in medical care and document control automation
On June 27, 2019, Netrika announced that it had developed a service for interaction between participants in medical care and document automation "N3. Telemedicine "together with the joint-stock company" Concern of Radio Construction "Vega." The service was created as part of the development of the N3 integration platform. Healthcare is designed to collect, transmit and analyze data as part of the remote interaction of doctors with their colleagues and patients.
According to the company, the N3.Telemedicine service is a regional complex of integrated solutions for medical activities through telecommunication communication channels (TKS) or in electronic form. Its main goal is to organize telemedicine communication "doctor-doctor" in a delayed or emergency mode using video conferencing and chats. The service allows you to form advisory opinions and ensure their recording in the integrated electronic medical record (IEMK). Additionally, "N3.Telemedicine" ensures the accounting of the schedule and resources, as well as the management of the telemedicine consultation regulations in the system.
The process of providing assistance is implemented as follows: the attending physician has the right to seek advice from a narrow-profile specialist, whose experience can help in making a diagnosis or selecting a treatment regimen. The service manager selects a specialist, and he provides an advisory opinion. In the process of consultation, medical documents are exchanged electronically between the attending physician and a narrow-profile specialist. Health care participants are given access to the patient's medical record.
The advantages for treating physicians are the emergence of additional diagnostic capabilities and the receipt of expanded information in the patient's history. Getting up-to-date information and consulting with a highly focused specialist allows you to make more informed decisions with less time.
The service also helps patients - frees them from the need to visit specialists to deliver medical documents. For patients who urgently need hospitalization and are risky to transport or treat more effectively on the spot, accelerated decision-making and prompt consultations are provided. As of June 2019, the service allows communication exclusively of the "doctor-doctor" type. Netrika is actively working in the public sector, and the potential introduction of doctor-patient communications is a logical step in developing the functionality of the service.
The benefits for medical organizations are the ability to conduct applications and draw up conclusions in a structured form, standardize the format of data collection, indicate the minimum amount of information necessary for making a decision, and also organize electronic data exchange.
Telemedicine for June 2019 is one of the fastest growing areas of healthcare. Such services significantly reduce the barrier between the patient and the doctor. told Andrey Dyukov, Deputy Head of the Sales and Development Department of Healthcare, Netrika Group of Companies |
Within the framework of the project, JSC Concern Vega, in addition to developing a communication module, has created a portal for working with applications for telemedicine consultations for doctors and dispatchers, which allows you to work in text and video chats, draw up, submit, accept and process applications, maintain a schedule of specialists and load accounting. The portal is intended for users of medical information systems (MIS) who are not integrated with the N3 service. Telemedicine. "
The emergence of telemedicine services is a logical step in the development of the health care system and health care in general. The improvement of online medicine concerns everyone, and therefore the developed service has wide prospects for application.
