2022: Implementation of the domestic system of online monitoring of equipment operation

Atomenergomash (AEM), the engineering division of Rosatom, has implemented a large-scale project to introduce a system for monitoring production equipment (SMPO) at its enterprises. The Dispatcher complex from the Digital Group of Zyfra allows you to monitor the operation of the main technological equipment in real time, analyze the performance and workload of the machines, as well as notify about emergency situations. More than 400 machines have already been connected to monitoring at seven AEM production sites, the Zyfra group of companies reported on July 22, 2022. Due to the high importance, the project became one of the priorities and was implemented in a year, instead of the planned two years.

In September 2022, it became known that almost 198 million rubles were spent on the project. About half of this amount (95 million rubles) fell on a grant from the Skolkovo Foundation under the Digital Economy national program.

Improving production efficiency for AEM is a constant and important task. To achieve it, the company uses different means and approaches: they actively apply the principles of AKP - the production system of Rosatom, are engaged in the digitalization of processes - from planning, design and procurement of materials to the actual production and transportation of products. The introduction of industrial equipment monitoring is the next stage of digitalization of the division's enterprises and another step towards producing more products on the same number of machines - simply by optimizing processes, increasing the speed of interaction between different production areas and better cooperation between enterprises.
told Andrey Nikipelov, General Director of JSC Atomenergomash.

The dispatcher was launched in five Russian cities: at the ZiO-Podolsk and Gidropress production sites in Podolsk, Atommash and Atomtruboprovodmontazh in Volgodonsk, at the Petrozavodskmash enterprise in Petrozavodsk, as well as at the I.I. Afrikantov Experimental Engineering Design Bureau in Nizhny Novgorod and the Central Engineering Design Bureau in St. Petersburg.

As part of the project, special units and sensors were installed on the machines, continuously taking readings from the equipment. This allows you to accumulate information from all production sites covered by the project and automatically analyze it. At the same time, both generalized data for each enterprise and detailed data are available - in the section of individual workshops or specific machines.

Maxim Tyukavkin, Deputy General Director for Operations of Atomenergomash JSC, said: "For six months of using the system, we can say that the monitoring data give us the opportunity to more accurately assess the load of equipment, as well as available reserves. At the same time, SMPO allows not only to assess the useful operation time of the equipment, but also to obtain information about the type of downtime - unreasonable, organizational, etc. As a result, we can analyze in detail and eliminate the causes of such downtime. The system also allows you to ensure, where necessary, control over the observance of the technological process, control over the execution of production tasks and other functions, creating the basis for further digitalization of production processes.

"For us, it was a landmark project and in scale, and in speed of implementation, and in complexity. We significantly finalized the Dispatcher to meet the needs of enterprises, carried out integration with more than ten production systems, set up templates for automatic decision-making, and the implementation itself was carried out in parallel at seven sites in five cities, - said the general director of the Tsifa Group of Companies. Igor Bogachev- The system lays the foundation for the further digitalization of Atomenergomash: the data array collected by Dispatcher opens up opportunities for the widespread introduction of intelligent domestic solutions that contribute to an even greater increase in production efficiency. The project to introduce industrial monitoring at Atomenergomash enterprises was implemented with the support of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation. The work was partially financed by a state grant provided as part of a program to support the transformation of priority sectors of the economy based on the introduction of domestic digital solutions. The total amount of investments in the project amounted to 195 million rubles, taking into account the funds of the Skolkovo Foundation grant under the Digital Economy of the Russian Federation national program in the amount of 95 million rubles.

The Skolkovo Foundation has been participating in the national program for four years as an operator of measures to support projects of the first large-scale introduction of Russian digital developments. Import substitution in the technological sphere becomes an absolute priority. In 2022, it is necessary to pay attention to the creation and promotion of its own software products. This is especially true. industrial ON The support measure helps bring advanced domestic IT products to the market: the developer allows the developer to pilot advanced solutions in the operating conditions of the customer enterprise, and the customer - to increase the economic efficiency of his business. The Atomenergomash project is an example of successful implementation in the field of industry,
noted Ekaterina Stolbova, head of the project office of the Skolkovo Foundation.
