2022: Enterprise-level IconBoard release for Russian companies

The domestic platform for collecting, processing and analyzing real-time data IconBoard, previously individually used by GLONASS JSC, is now available to all Russian companies. The solution is designed to replace the tools of business intelligence of Western vendors as part of the import substitution program. This was announced by IconSoft on July 26, 2022.

The IconBoard platform was originally developed by IconSoft (founded with the support of GLONASS JSC) for the tasks of collecting, analyzing visualization and real-time data used state information in the "" system. ERA-GLONASS"ERA-" GLONASS is deployed throughout Russia and provides prompt receipt of information about road transport and other accidents on roads, its processing, storage and transfer to emergency services. More than 8.7 million are registered in the system, cars emergency calls arrive at it every 3 seconds.

The platform functionality, tested and verified on the complex real-time analytics of streaming, high-frequency data "ERA-GLONASS," enters the wide market and is available for all Russian companies. The solution can be delivered with or without a real-time data module in the format of an Enterprise package for simpler tasks.

IconBoard allows you to simultaneously process up to 100 thousand messages from numerous sources (for example, from vehicles, IoT devices, smart sensors, etc.) and up to 10 data streams online. The platform performs data transformations, highlights significant events, integrates different types of data and forms the necessary analytics. IconBoard also has extensive visualization capabilities - comprehensive and private metrics, graphs, charts, maps, and data layers for geo-analysis (mapping of geographic data). In this case, it is possible to visualize not only current, but also predictive indicators using various prediction algorithms.

The IconBoard platform does not require rebuilding the architecture of existing data sources and is available for installation both in a secure cloud and in the customer's own infrastructure. The solution will allow you to qualitatively replace such imported BI tools as Tableau, Qlik Sense, Microsoft Power BI, SAP BusinessObjects and others.

After the suspension of operations in Russia by many Western vendors, the initiative in the BI market passed to domestic products. IconBoard is a rare representative of the BI platform segment, suitable both for large organizations with a need for a real-time solution for processing large amounts of data, and for medium and small companies due to the company's flexible pricing policy, noted IconSoft CEO Vyacheslav Kostin.
