The N3.Register Platform solution is designed for regional healthcare. It allows you to quickly form nosological registers, monitor the quality and course of treatment, assess the effectiveness of prescriptions, the feasibility of healthcare organization costs and keep statistics on key indicators. A clear visual designer helps formalize requirements for a specific disease register without involving IT specialists.

The platform simplifies the work of regional medical it is information-analytical centers, freelance specialists and doctors in terms of creating and maintaining disease registers, compiling reports and operative patient samples according to various conditions. medical data Registers are used at both the region and health organization level, eliminating the need to maintain patient registries manually.

Due to the ever-increasing amount of medical data in the system, the developer decided to transfer medical and reference data, as well as the registers themselves, to the Clickhouse DBMS.
