2022: Verification of compliance with federal requirements for industrial parks and their management companies

One of the objects of the Innopolis Special Economic Zone - the Laishevo Industrial Park - was checked for compliance with federal requirements for industrial parks and their management companies, and by order of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia was included in the federal register. This became known on September 8, 2022.

Entry into the register of industrial parks of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia will allow the management company SEZ Innopolis to claim reimbursement of the costs incurred in the creation of infrastructure facilities of the industrial park.

The industrial park "Laishevo" is created in order to attract residents for the implementation of projects in the field of high-tech production. The industrial park will house companies operating in the following areas:

• micro- and optoelectronics
• robotics
• mechanical engineering
• instrument making
• Bio- and Medical Technology
• production of unmanned aerial vehicles
• industry technology 4.0

The total volume of declared extra-budgetary investments in the project will amount to 2.5 billion rubles, the number of created jobs of residents - 1035 people, the volume of planned federal taxes of residents - 5.1 billion rubles. (from 2022 to 2031).

The decree on the creation of an industrial park on the territory of the Innopolis SEZ in the Laishevsky district of Tatarstan in July was signed by the Prime Minister of the Republic Alexei Pesoshin. The total area of ​ ​ Laishevo as of September 2022 will be 116 hectares, the main building will take 8 thousand square meters. m The volume of investments will be 800 million rubles.

The development of small and medium-sized businesses is a priority area in the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. The sector is a key source of tax revenue, creation of new high-tech jobs, growth of household incomes and improvement of the quality of life in the region. Compliance with federal requirements will allow the industrial park "Laishevo" in the future to become the flagship of regional investment policy, residents to apply for measures of state support of the federal and regional levels, including tax preferences and benefits, said Renat Khalimov, CEO of the Innopolis SEZ.

Resident companies of the Laishevo industrial park will be able to take advantage of both regional benefits: USN - from 1%, soft loans and subsidizing electricity costs, as well as federal tax benefits (when obtaining the status of a resident of the Innopolis SEZ tax): for profit from 2%; tax on, transport property tax, land tax - 0%.

One of the projects implemented within the industrial park in Laishevo is the production of motherboards. The plant will specialize in the creation of microelectronic production of domestic microprocessors and microcontrollers. The production area will be 8 thousand sq.m., the project will create 115 jobs.

There is a great demand for specialized infrastructure for the development of small and medium-sized businesses, as well as for companies operating in engineering and industry. To this end, investment projects for the construction of two new facilities - a technopark in the field of high technologies and an industrial park - have been launched on the territory of the Innopolis SEZ in Verkhneuslonsky and Laishevsky districts. For Tatarstan, this is the development of new segments of the economy and new high-tech jobs. It is important that with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, the industrial park will be launched in accordance with all the necessary requirements and will be able to provide residents with production facilities with ready-made infrastructure, noted Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Roman Shaikhutdinov.
