2022: Directum RX EDMS implementation

On January 20, 2023, TANAiS announced the introduction of EDDirectum RX in the NGO "Association of European Businesses."

The independent non-profit organization Association of European Businesses (AEB) is the main representative office of foreign investors in Russia, which unites more than 500 companies from small businesses to large international corporations. 65 AEB committees and working groups are engaged in lobbying issues in various areas of business, constantly interacting with the European and Russian authorities.

AEB managers turned to the TANAiS system integrator with the task of automating work with paper and electronic documents. It was necessary to digitalize the processes of processing incoming and outgoing documentation, coordinating contracts, managing organizational and administrative documents.

Despite the boxed delivery option and the lack of modifications, the project had its own features. TANAiS, together with the customer's project team, solved non-trivial tasks for creating templates, creating complex regulations, migrating a large amount of historical data and using bilingual documents.

For 4 months of the project implementation, the Directum RX system was analyzed and designed, configured and adapted to the client's business logic, pilot operation, as well as training of the working group and seminars for users:

• Reduced time to search for documents;
• The processes of agreement and signing of documents have accelerated;
• Processing of incoming documentation from registration to control of employee compliance has become more transparent and faster;
• The labor costs for the execution of transactions have been reduced, and the agreements are coordinated according to the established regulations with clear deadlines;
• The performing discipline has grown thanks to the mechanism of assignments in the system.
