2022: Automated System for Staff Search and Recruitment
Project Objectives:
- Simplify recruitment processes for recruiters;
- Shorten the time for closing applications for the selection of specialists;
- Free recruiters from routine operations related to the selection and registration of personnel;
- Organize a unified talent pool within the company and its branches;
- Automate posting of vacancies on work sites and own portal;
- Automate response collection and interviews;
- Ensure transparency of recruitment processes.
The solution is implemented on the AMBER platform. The following works were performed:
- Setting up an object model that takes into account the organization structure of the Customer and its staffing table;
- Automation of business processes for recruitment, recruitment and registration of personnel;
- Automated posting of vacancies on work sites: HH.ru, SJ.ru, Avito.ru, Zarplata.ru, own site;
- Implementation of the video interview functionality without the participation of the manager;
- Automated collection of responses and setting tasks for conducting interviews;
- Implementation of functionality for coordination with candidates of convenient time and appointment of interviews using a bot;
- Connecting chat bots for registration of employees, collection of documents and other internal communications;
- Execution of template documents from the System;
