2022: Plan to invest more than 500 million rubles. in increasing capacity
LLC Dmitrovsky Plant RTI Group, which processes and disposes of automotive tires and household appliances, will increase production capacity and expand the line of finished products in the Dmitrovsky city district. Assistance in the selection of a land plot for the implementation of the company's investment project was provided by the Moscow Region Development Corporation (KRMO), which announced this on November 8, 2022.
The volume of investments in increasing the capacity of Dmitrovsky Zavod RTI Group LLC will amount to more than 500 million rubles. The planned investments will be spent on the construction of a production and warehouse complex, the creation of engineering communications, the purchase of equipment and transport. At the beginning of November 2022, the enterprise employs more than 160 employees, the expansion of production will increase the staff by another 50 people, "said Ekaterina Zinovieva, Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region. |
Dmitrovsky Plant RTI Group LLC processes mainly tire waste. The processing results in rubber crumbs of various fractions, as well as rubber powder. Rubber crumbs are used in the construction of playgrounds and sports grounds, and rubber powder is used as a modifier for asphalt concrete mixtures, the production of waterproofing and building materials, as well as as a sorbent in the oil and gas industry. The expansion of production of Dmitrovsky Zavod RTI Group LLC will allow launching another line for the processing of rubber powder from rubber crumbs, as well as building an additional warehouse for storing finished products.
Waste production and consumption, in particular automotive tires, which have lost their consumer properties, are raw materials for us. We process them without the use of thermal and chemical technologies, exclusively by grinding them mechanically. Large tires are previously segmented using mobile equipment - hydraulic scissors, then on the production line there is grinding, extraction of textile and metal cord and only then - screening of the crumbs of the required fraction. Mechanical recycling for November 2022 is the most environmentally friendly type of recycling. The products obtained in the process of processing are used anew and serve for many more years. Thus, we give waste a second life, "said Sergei Zinin, General Director of Dmitrovsky Zavod RTI Group LLC. |
The company uses tires of various types and sizes as raw materials - from bicycle to large-sized from quarry equipment. The output is rubber crumb and rubber powder. The geography of waste collection is the entire territory of the Russian Federation. Dmitrovsky Plant RTI Group LLC has its own cargo fleet for transporting collected waste. In addition, the enterprise has its own waste collection infrastructure, which includes storage containers for free collection of tires and equipment from the population, as well as collection points organized in conjunction with local authorities on the ground.
In addition to tires, Dmitrovsky Zavod RTI Group also collects and disposes of large and small household appliances, office equipment, textiles and cardboard. All waste entering the plant is pre-sorted by type and size. Household and office equipment is disassembled manually for high-quality identification of useful components. Then the waste is sent to a system of shredders and crushers for grinding into crumbs, which is then used as a raw material for secondary plastic, which, incidentally, is used almost everywhere - from road surfaces to clothes and shoes. As for the processing of clothes and shoes, they first undergo manual sorting by composition and color, and then are sent for grinding to finished products, which are used as insulation and furniture padding. Shoe crumbs, depending on the material, are used as an impurity to rubber crumbs of various fractions, textile filler, polymer crumbs, - commented Vladimir Slipenkin, General Director of the Moscow Region Development Corporation. |
