Due to the rapid expansion of the business, the burden on the HR department of Scooter increased: the number of employees increased by an average of 10% monthly. In November 2022, the company has more than 6,000 people on staff - office workers, administrators, commodity experts and directors of darkstores. Most of the employees are localized in the regions. HR specialists had to send thousands of documents by mail or courier every month. It's long and expensive. Therefore, the company decided to take part in the experiment of the Ministry of Labor to translate personnel document flow into digital form.

The scooter became one of the first participants in the experiment in the Russian retail market grocery online. To switch to personnel electronic document management (FEDO), the company has chosen the HRlink service. It allows you to sign documents remotely using an enhanced unqualified (electronic signature UNEP), account on (public services portal UNEP) UIAS or through "." mobile application State key Any document operation can be completed online in a few clicks.

When choosing a platform, the company drew attention to several factors. First, it assessed the convenience and ease of use of the service for employees. Secondly, the professionalism of the team and the willingness to come to the rescue. These qualities are inherent in business, and I would like to see them in an IT partner. The ability to improve the product and make improvements to it was also important - at the time of the start of the project, the KEDO market was also developing, and legislation in the field of electronic personnel document management was still developing. HRlink met all three conditions,
commented Yulia Mitryushova, head of the personnel administration department in Samokat.

The company constantly interacts with the Scooter team even after connecting the company to the KEDO. HR specialists of the service actively participated in the development of the platform, made their proposals and shared feedback. This made it possible to improve the product and adapt it to the needs of advanced companies that conduct business at the intersection of various industries economies and technologies,
