CyberPAS - "Digital Personal Assistant" - helps to monitor the manual work of personnel in production. It aggregates information about process parameters, analyzes and builds forecasts based on big data.
2022: Release of CyberPAS Production Control Cyberphysiological Platform
Holding "Roselectronics" of the State Corporation Rostec presented on November 24, 2022 a cyberphysiological platform for controlling the production of CyberPAS. Development based on machine vision technology minimizes the probability of errors and the impact of the human factor on the production process. When using the system, you can increase production per employee by at least 5% per year and reduce the cost of products.
The hardware of the platform includes a video camera that determines the availability of personal protective equipment for the employee and records the sequence of actions during assembly. The system also contains sensors measuring the employee's pulse, temperature and humidity in the room. The complex includes a tablet that displays the process technology and checklists.
The machine cannot always replace a person, but it is almost always able to help him in his work. In any production, manual labor must be carried out clearly according to the instructions to avoid marriage and various excesses. The cyberphysiological platform "Roselectronics" helps to control the actions of personnel to comply with the technical documentation. The platform monitors working manipulations, gives the employee instructions. If he does something wrong, then the system simply prevents you from moving on, thereby achieving the exact execution of all actions. Thus, while minimizing the influence of the human factor, the number of errors is reduced and, as a result, costs are reduced, |
The CyberPAS platform was developed by NPP Almaz (part of Roselectronics). As of November 24, 2022, with the support of the Industrial Development Fund (FRP), the company mastered the serial production of the basic platform set and implemented a pilot project of the system based on its own production units.
Experience with CyberPAS has shown that the solution allows you to reduce the number of rejects, reduce the cycle time of production, improve the skills of personnel and at the same time reduce the burden on the employee. As a result, production per employee increases by at least 5% per year, and the cost of products is reduced. NPP Almaz is ready to equip workplaces at other industrial enterprises with equipment. The functionality of the software and the set of sensors vary depending on the customer's tasks, told the general director of NPP "Almaz ," Mikhail Apin.
