GK KORUS Consulting"" announced on December 5, 2022 the completion of a comprehensive project to finalize and develop the online platform for customers. Vostokcement"" IT-the company conducted a technical and UX audit B2B of the portal, fixed problems in the interface and added functions in the personal account, directory and basket. All this has improved the experience of interacting with the platform for 4 thousand users.

To determine the barriers, growth points and development strategy of the B2B portal, Vostokcement decided to conduct an IT and UX audit. The partner in the project was KORUS Consulting Group, which previously advised the manufacturer in the project on the implementation of CRM, and also conducted a pre-project survey of the ERP system.

The IT company analyzed the interface of the counterparty's personal account in terms of usability and functional content. Revealed errors in the work with the basket, catalog and cards that reduce the likelihood of purchase. For example, there were no pop-ups on the portal that warn the customer about removing items from the order, registration, and other actions. Based on the audit results, the specialists gave recommendations on improving usability and IT architecture and began the next stage - the implementation of changes and the refinement of certain functions of the e-commerce site.

KORUS Consulting carried out a partial redesign of the B2B portal, improved the structure of the personal account and navigation on it. The project team has implemented an adaptive version for smartphones and tablets, making the online platform available from any device.

The possibilities of online purchase on the B2B portal have been expanded: now customers can add several types of calibrated Vostokcement products to one order at once and distribute them to machines. And if the car is not 100% loaded, the system will offer the user to supplement the basket. The project team connected additional online cash desks to the B2B portal and divided payment systems between legal entities: now the site takes into account the structural feature of Vostokcement. At the time of the order, the system understands which of the agents serves the client, and immediately sends accounts to the necessary bank details, which saves employees from the need to manually draw up documents.

In addition, KORUS Consulting has introduced a client survey module. With its help, Vostokcement will be able to conduct marketing surveys, assess loyalty and satisfaction with the quality of service, and in the future - collect information on the volume and assortment of future orders in order to better plan the load of production.

The company wants to provide counterparties with a simple and understandable order procedure. To do this, they conducted a UX audit of the B2B portal, expanded its functional content and user scenarios, implemented coronavirus and improved the design. A lot of this was realized, including thanks to the expert approach of KORUS Consulting and their attention to business goals. Vostokcement continues to improve the B2B portal and expand opportunities that will make online purchases even faster. Among them are integration with the SberBusinessAPI service, working with favorites, appeals, powers of attorney and EDS through your personal account and much more,
