2022: Completion of the project on automation of labeling of goods in the Republic of Kazakhstan

The joint project IT of the company iiii Tech Faberlic and in to marking the Republic Kazakhstan is coming to an end. This was announced by iiii Tech on December 14. The companies combined experience and prepared for work many processes related to accounting and turnover, goods subject to mandatory labeling.

The list of goods that are subject to mandatory labeling in is countries EEU expanding every year. More and more manufacturers are obliged to label products and transfer state system to all information about production, import to sale and goods. This becomes a challenge for many companies, as IT solutions are needed for this process.

In 2021, iiii Tech won a tender from Faberlic for the implementation of a project to automate labeling processes and integrate them into existing logistics processes in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since iiii Tech has been implementing its own labeling solutions since 2015 and has been working with large value companies, iiii Tech has been able to prepare an optimal proposal for cost and timing. The solution offered by iiii Tech met all the technical requirements of the customer and, thanks to its modular structure, the main functionality of the solution was deployed as soon as possible, and additional functions were added as necessary and the requirements of the regulator appeared.

Taking as a basis the solution that the integrator introduced for Russian companies, the team of specialists quickly adapted it to the features of labeling in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The project was implemented taking into account the specifics of national legislation.

In December 2022, such processes as acceptance of goods from the Russian Federation with mutual recognition of labeling codes, sale of goods by remote method, re-labeling and labeling of balances, write-off of goods and returns from buyers were automated and ready for work.

State labeling information systems are developing at different levels in all EAEU member countries and Russian software is an expert in this young market. Partnering and sharing experiences with colleagues at Faberlik allows for a kind of synergy. On the one hand, colleagues adopt experience in working with labeling in the Russian Federation, on the other hand, joint work expands expertise and opens up opportunities to enter other markets with their decision. The company is ready to cover the full cycle of labeling for international companies, taking into account the cross-border movement of goods and the peculiarities of the labeling systems in different countries of the Eurasian Economic Union, " commented Rostislav Burtyl, project manager iiii Tech.

IT solutions from iiii Tech made it possible to ensure trade in the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the law, thereby confirming the high quality of products. It was also possible to adapt the best labeling practices that colleagues introduced in the Russian Federation under the market of the Republic of Kazakhstan. As a result of joint cooperation, they received a tool that helps to control accountable products and automatically transmits information to the supervisory authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, noted Andrey Levchenko, Director of the Department of Operational Solutions.
