2023: The release of the free mobile app Docrobot.Logistics

On January 31, 2023, it became known that Docrobot developed the Docrobot.Logistics mobile application to simplify cargo transportation accompanied by electronic transportation documents (EPD).

The Federal Tax Service approved formats for the bill of lading, work order and accompanying sheet. In March 2023, the list of formalized EPDs will be replenished with a waybill, charter agreement, order and application.

Freight transport participants draw up and sign electronic documents in a web service or in their account system. Docrobot offers a mobile app to drivers. Authorization will require an individual login and password. They serve as an identity identifier when entering and allow you to sign a document using a simple electronic signature (EPS). This guarantees security and privacy.

After authorization, the driver can confirm the acceptance and delivery of the cargo with one button for further signing with the carrier's enhanced electronic signature.

Employees TRAFFIC POLICE can stop car on the way to check the accompanying documents and cargo. The application will make checking easier: it displays, QR code which comes from the state information EPD system. The code contains information about the shipper, carrier, consignee, loading and unloading addresses, as well as information about the cargo, vehicle and driver. A traffic police officer will be able to scan code to use a special one ON to check the document.

There is no obligatory electronic transportation documents yet, but the Ministry of Transport announced an industry imperative in 2024. Companies participating in road transportation will have to switch to electronic data exchange. To do this, you will need to connect to the operator of the EPD information system (EPD IS), for example, to Docrobot ("E-COM"). The transition to digital format gives businesses a number of features. Paperwork costs are reduced by about 3 times, cargo transportation becomes more transparent, and carriers receive payment for their services faster. As an EPD IS operator, the company develops solutions that help painlessly digitize logistic processes and easily switch to paperless document management. The mobile application for drivers is one of the services designed to easily implement an electronic format of work and use all the features of digitalization[1]
