2022: Launch of its own ticket service based on the SmartBilet platform

On February 20, 2023, Post Bank announced the launch of its own online service for buying tickets for cultural events. Through the shop window of the bank, you can purchase tickets for events throughout the country without surcharge and commission. Total investments in the project will exceed 150 million rubles by the end of 2023. The bank expects to reach a payback at the end of 2023.

The service was launched on the basis of the SmartBilet platform, which Post Bank acquired in 2022. In February 2023, more than 18 thousand events across the country are presented in the ticket window. The service is actively developing, and by the end of 2023 the number of cultural institutions and events will more than double. The ticket window is integrated into the Post Bank Online mobile application and is also available on the Post Bank website. Tickets can be paid with any bank card, including Pushkinskaya, for events included in the program. The service also allows you to pay extra for the purchase of tickets from another card if the funds on the Pushkin card are not enough.

One of the features of the Post Bank ticket service as the operator of the Pushkin card is the ability to purchase group tickets using it using the "collective purchase" service, as well as issue free tickets for accompanying students to go to the event by a group of students from 10 people. The Bank's Post window also features exclusive events from partners.

Post Bank wants customers to have at hand everything they need every day: not only financial services, but also the opportunity to choose and immediately buy tickets for leisure. The launch of the ticket service adds functionality that attracts the audience to the application. Online ticket sales are a large and dynamically growing segment with great prospects, which is very interesting for the bank and the operator of the Pushkinskaya Karta program. The Bank intends to develop this area,

Next, you need to choose a convenient time, place on the layout of the hall and make payment. After the purchase, the ticket will be sent to the customer's mail and saved in his profile in the mobile application (for authorized users).
