Sber A considered several Russian BI systems. The decision to work with BiAi Pro was made from the ratio of the cost of ownership of the product and functionality - one of the conditions was a large number of user licenses in order to provide access to analytics on the trading platform to their employees, auction organizers and suppliers.

It was also necessary to independently configure dashboards and work with data sources, so the choice was made in favor of a solution with an ETL system (Extract, Transform, Load).

As a result, the SBER A team, using its own data and enriching it with data from budget.gov.ru and zakupki.gov.ru, received a tool for analyzing purchases, the competitive environment, trading efficiency, etc. A separate area was the creation of a system for monitoring the implementation of national projects in the regions of the Russian Federation.

The portal allowed the regional executive authorities to analyze the implementation of national projects and related capital construction, procurement, contracting and contract execution facilities both at the level of consolidated, upper-level indicators, and "fall" deep into and provide detailed analytics up to primary documents. Now on interactive dashboards you can see, for example, funding limits and their cash execution, the volume of execution of contracts and payments, the actual state of capstroy objects directly from video cameras.

All objects connected to video surveillance are displayed on dashboards in the system. Thus, it became possible to control the efficiency of spending budget funds. It became possible to identify violations by proactively influencing the process to achieve the planned results.

The possibilities of the electronic platform have been replenished by the fact that regional executive bodies can now compare their work with the work of colleagues from other regions. They have the opportunity to compare themselves with those regions that are part of their federal district or correlate by other parameters, for example, by goals or physical/financial volumes for national projects.

Although this is public information, and it is available in the federal system "Electronic Budget," but the analytical portal for this purpose is much more convenient.
