Increase in equipment output by more than two times

The Moscow company "Intelligent Robot Systems" in 2023 more than doubled the production of equipment for automation and robotization of technological processes. For example, in 2023, the capital's manufacturer manufactured 325 devices for automation and robotization of technological processes, which is more than double the figures for 2022. The manufacturer's systems are used at 260 plants in five regions, countries- said Vladislav Ovchinsky.

There are more than 20 solutions in the manufacturer's assortment. These are equipment for automation and robotization of welding, laser processing and cutting, spraying, shot blasting.

Purchase of equipment with the support of Moscow

The Moscow manufacturer of robotic systems for industry, with the support of the city, has acquired high-tech equipment that will increase the capacity of the enterprise by 15 percent. This was announced on April 3, 2023 by the head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of Moscow, which is part of the Complex of Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations of the capital, Vladislav Ovchinsky.

At the beginning of 2023, the Intellectual Robot Systems company received a loan from the Moscow Fund for Industry and Entrepreneurship Support, with the help of which it acquired three machines. This will expand the production of robotic systems for industry. Thanks to the emergence of these technological capabilities, the production capacity of the enterprise will be increased by 15%, - said Vladislav Ovchinsky.

The capital's manufacturer received a loan of 100 million rubles from the city for the development of exports at a preferential rate of 5.5 percent per annum. The funds were provided to the enterprise for five years.

The expansion of the fleet of equipment will contribute to an increase in capacity, which in turn will reduce dependence on imports, increase the competitiveness of products, create new jobs and ensure export growth, "said Anton Bychkovsky, director of the company.

As of April 2023, the manufacturer is implementing an export contract for the machine-building enterprise of Belarus for the supply of a robotic high-precision complex for welding parts of mining dump trucks used in the mining industry.
