Robotization will allow the company to optimize the quality of manufactured products and significantly reduce the cost of production. However, in general, experts note, the market for the introduction of industrial robots needs growth, and their developers need state support.

As reported, the IT complex, targeted by Robotekh specialists for the SVEZA woodworking holding, will perform its work in several stages. On the first, the robot will recognize defects and determine the veneer grade, on the second - move defective sheets to the repairing machine to eliminate the defect. Robotekh specialists said that earlier operations in this area were carried out manually, required the participation of several employees in the process, took a lot of time, and despite all efforts, a large percentage of the scrap of finished products remained. After the integration of the Robotech RP65 industrial robot and special software into production is completed, all processes will occur automatically, and the hybrid model of the neural network will begin to investigate and recognize defects not only on the general field of the plywood sheet, but also using the classifier will identify individual point defects. Based on the results of each cycle of work, the recognized data will be stored, which will make it possible to systematize indicators and effectively keep analytical records at work.

According to the director of Robotech Denis Satdinov, in 2022 the demand for automated IT equipment grew not only from large businesses, but also among medium and small enterprises.

Anton Nemkin, a member of the State Duma Committee on Information Policy, Information Technology and Communications, founder of the Digital Valley of Prikamye Foundation, noted that the industry for the production of industrial robots using artificial intelligence technologies has a long way to go: on the one hand, it is necessary to develop the industry itself, which is still at the initial stage of its development, on the other hand, requires a multiple increase in market volumes and state support.

So far, IT companies are faced with the fact that too small a market for industrial robots makes investments in such developments ineffective. Therefore, many focus on other IT areas. However, among other things, it is the proposal from developers that affects the growth of the market - production in many cases is ready to introduce innovative domestic solutions, but they need the help of IT specialists to determine which processes can be robotized and how.
