2022: Digitalization of production on the 1C platform

Project objectives:

• Due to the high capacity load of the plant, you need to quickly calculate the margin of each product type in order to select the optimal assortment.
• Flexible cost management in manufacturing and sales to increase product margins.
• Possibility of forming accounting and tax statements within the time limits and forms established by the Law.

The information system was created on the basis of a bundle of solutions on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. Using the 1C ecosystem, the company calculates the cost of 200 types of products, forms an assortment matrix, optimizes the work of production and service departments.

The previous information system did not provide the bakery management with the necessary analytical reporting. The performance indicators of the enterprise had to be collected manually, there was a risk of inaccurate calculations and difficulties with the formation of documentation for the production of products, it was difficult to calculate the full production cost of products.

The project team of PEKO and 1C Rarus transferred the regulated accounting and closing of the month to a separate system 1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise Management 2 "(1C : ERP). Automated generation of VAT, income tax and financial statements was provided. We switched to online settlements with counterparties, modified the current non-standard accounts receivable and accounts payable reports.

Set up integration "" with 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 KORP 1C:ERP system for online exchange information of accrued wage fees.

The module "1C: Motor Vehicle Management for 1C:ERP" was introduced to ensure the accounting of waybills by drivers, quantitative and sum accounting of the arrival and consumption of fuel and lubricants.

The implemented bundle of software products combined the work of production divisions, sales department, logistics and forwarding services, accounting and finance department, personnel accounting specialists and payroll department. The transfer of regulated accounting, cost accounting and cost calculation to a separate accounting system "1C: Enterprise 8.ERP Enterprise Management 2" provided us with up-to-date analytics for the prompt assessment of performance indicators and management decisions. Thanks to flexible cost management in production and sales, we can influence the optimization of the cost of production. It became possible to quickly calculate the margin of each type of product to form a profitable assortment matrix. The efficiency of the forwarding service and human resources has increased. In the near future - digitalization of document management with the 1C-Rarus team, said the financial director of the PEKO bakery Svetlana Igorevna Koroleva about the results of the project.

The date of commissioning of the system is 21.02.2022. 175 jobs were automated.

Software Implementation Activities

During the project, 1C-Rarus specialists performed the following works to implement the software product:

• Survey of the existing information database "1C: Enterprise 8.ERP Enterprise Management 2." Scope of work:
  • Conducting interviews with users on the scenarios of using "1C: ERP": wishes for development and current problems (collection and recording of declared requirements);
  • Analysis of functional settings of the 1C: ERP database;
  • Identification of "1C:ERP" configuration modifications (technical analysis);
  • Database load analysis (technical analysis).

• Allocation and adjustment of the accounting system functionality "1C: Enterprise 8.ERP Enterprise Management 2" for regulated accounting. Scope of work:
  • The accounting base "1C:ERP" has been updated to the new version, final testing has been carried out;
  • The basic settings specified in the document "Registry of Settings" have been entered;
  • Online settlement with counterparties is included.

• Integration " 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 KORP" with "1C:ERP" has been set up for regulated accounting for the operational exchange of data on accrued wages and wage payments.
• "1C:ERP" for regulated accounting has been updated to version 2.5. A return on income VAT tax and financial statements in a single 1C:ERP database was generated.
• The integration between the accounting systems "1C:ERP" for the operational circuit and "1C:ERP" for regulated accounting has been improved, taking into account the new release 2.5.
• The module " 1C: Motor Vehicle Management for 1C:ERP" of the operational loop was implemented, the profiles of access groups and user rights were optimized.
• Work was carried out on the technical closure of periods in "1C:ERP" for regulated accounting, from April 2020 to December 31, 2021. Technical closure meant the implementation of all procedures of the Closing of the Month regulations without errors, taking into account the requirements of the accounting policy for 2020 and 2021.
• The periods from January 01, 2022 to September 30, 2022 were closed in the standard mode.
• The reference book "Expense Items" was updated taking into account the changes in version 2.5.
• You have switched to online settlements with counterparties.
• The transfer to the new FSBU 25/2018 "Lease Accounting" from January 01, 2022 was carried out, the data on leasing agreements were updated in accordance with the new methodology of the FSBU 25/2018.
• The current non-standard Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable have been modified to reflect the new settlement procedure.
• Work was carried out to reconcile, compare and align the initial balance for 01.01.2022 years for all accounting accounts in the 1C:ERP accounting system for regulated accounting with the indicators of the submitted financial statements for 2021 to the tax authorities.
• Technical analysis was carried out and technical recommendations were given to the Customer on the rules for setting up the server space, placing the bases, the required capacities in order to accelerate the performance of accounting systems.
