2023: Moving to Directum RX

Governor, employees Administration of the governor and government of the Vladimir region work with correspondence, citizens' appeals, instructions and regulatory legal acts in the ECMBPM intellectual/-system. Directum RX The company Directum (Directives) announced this on May 3, 2023.

As a result of the project:

• Optimized business processes are maintained in Directum RX
• employees of regional departments use the Directum Solo mobile application;
• a number of managers consider documents exclusively in electronic form, and most organizations have completely abandoned the maintenance of registration logs on paper.

More than 40 organizations have joined the development of Directum RX, and at the beginning of May 2023 there are more than 50 of them. Many employees note the high speed of processes.

Artificial intelligence is actively involved in the processing of incoming correspondence. AI services as part of the system classify incoming documents, fill out cards, determine the executor and propose a draft resolution.

Previously, the government of the Vladimir region used the Alfresco system, which was debugged for the needs of employees, but did not meet the requirements of import independence. According to the results of the implementation project, the usual functionality of the historical system was not only preserved, but also expanded.

Directum RX's development plans in the Vladimirskaya area are extensive. At the next stage, it is planned to replicate the system to municipal formations and subordinate organizations, connect Directum solutions "-Agile doski," "Project Management" and the Directum Jazz mobile application, configure integration with exchange services, as well as solve some other problems.
