Treolan uses 1C-Rarus system to manage deliveries

2023: Implementation of 1C: Transport Logistics, Freight Forwarding and Vehicle Management Corp

Treolan (part of the LANIT group), together with 1C-Rarus, carried out a digital transformation in the field of cargo delivery with the help of 1C: Transport logistics, forwarding and vehicle management Corp. This was announced on May 10, 2023 by the 1C-Rarus company.

The goal of digital transformation was the transition to an industry information system that allows you to manage deliveries with minimal labor and without errors.

Previously information , for shipped goods, it was unloaded from several information systems or started by logistics manually, which, due to the increase in the volume of shipments, ceased to meet the requirements for reliability, accuracy data and took a lot of time. By embedding "1S:TLE" IT in the loop, distributor exchange with the routing service and accounting programs of the group of companies takes place without additional processing of the source data, which eliminates potential sources of errors.

When implementing the "1S:TLE," the original data ones were brought to a single format, the use of reference books increased the quality of the information flow at the entrance, which, in turn, had a positive effect on route planning and increased KPI order fulfillment. They were set up integration logistic with service providers to monitor the status of delivery of goods sent to the regions, and their automatic processing.

Data is exchanged with the warehouse management system. The system notes the visit to the delivery points, sets up a phased control of the transfer task, on the basis of which the total costs are posted to the orders. As a result of automatic reporting of completed tasks, settlements with contractors have been simplified. The speed of processing logistics information and reporting has significantly increased. There are opportunities for further automation, expansion of the original functionality, its integration with other software of the group of companies.
