BFT-Holding has deployed a data store for the Federal Treasury

On May 24, 2023, BFT-Holding announced a project for the Federal Treasury to implement a data showcase for integration with the information and analytical support subsystems of GIIS "Electronic Budget" and the Unified Information System in the field of procurement. Now state institutions can quickly obtain the necessary data from these systems using the Unified Information Platform of the National Data Management System (EIP NSMS).

The purpose of the implemented project was to ensure the ability to download, store and provide data owned by the department to public sector bodies and organizations through the SMEV subsystem of the DBMS, as well as to submit this data to the EIP of the NSMS. Within the framework of the project, it was necessary to deploy a data store, thanks to which certain data sets contained in the GIS "Electronic Budget" and the UIS in the field of procurement can be displayed on the NDD departmental platform and are available to registered users.

Creating a reliable, unified and secure channel for prompt access to Federal Treasury data has become the project's top priority. In addition, the performer needed to provide automated control over the quality of these data. The third task was to reduce the load on the main digital storage of the treasury by redistributing information flows and placing the most demanded data in the interaction adapter with the NVS.

Within the framework of the project, BFT-Holding specialists implemented the integration of the information and analytical support subsystem of the state information system "Electronic Budget" and the Unified information system in the field of procurement with a data window. Seven data sets were displayed on the NDD departmental platform.

After successful preliminary and acceptance tests, the modernized treasury system was put into trial and then into commercial operation. As a result, the above data sets became available to consumers on the NDD platform.

The availability of information contained in open and closed sections of state information systems is the main factor in effective public administration. It is important that authorities employees make decisions based on complete and prompt data. BFT-Holding helps departments deploy data marts to solve their current problems.
